Werner Pamminger

Werner Pamminger is CEO of Business Upper Austria – OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH since September 2014. He holds both an engineering degree (M.Sc.) in Automation Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Wels (AUT) as well as business administration degree (M.B.A.) in International Finance from the University of Toronto (CAN). Pamminger has experience in providing set up and installation of activities in the fields of information & communications, qualifications, co-operation, marketing & PR, internationalization. For more than 10 years he has been a renowned international key-note speaker on cluster policies and economic development. He is on boards of international organizations for competitiveness and clusters, he is also a former board-member of TCI network. For 15 years by now Werner is a university lecturer on social skills and leadership programs.
