Ronald Maier is a professor of Information Systems at the University of Innsbruck, Austria and also serves as Vice Rector for Digitalisation and Knowledge Transfer at the University of Vienna, Austria. He co-initiated and heads the Policy Committee on Digitalisation of Universities Austria (Uniko) and advocates collaboration among research performing organisations on topics such as digital transformation, innovation and the creation of a joint spin-off ecosystem.
