Nicole Formica-Schiller is CEO and Founder of Pamanicor Health AG in Switzerland. Amongst the first global boutique advisory firms applying the promise of transformative technologies such as AI and Blockchain with Life Science, Biotech, Venture Capital and Private Equity, Digital Health, Data and Tech Policy. As an international subject matter expert, Nicole Formica-Schiller advises numerous parliaments, commissions, politicians and ministries on economic, societal, and political implications arising from AI, Disruptive Technologies, Data frameworks and Digital Sovereignty.
With her interdisciplinary background as an economist, lawyer and digital innovation expert, Nicole Formica-Schiller has been appointed, amongst others, to the “OECD Network of AI Experts” advising the OECD Committee on Digital Economy Policy and to the "German Israeli Health Forum for Artificial Intelligence". As Board member of the German AI Association and Head of its Steering Committee "EU AI Regulation" she played a key role in developing it into one of the largest networks within the European AI tech ecosystem. Nicole Formica-Schiller was also appointed to the “International Digital Science & Interdisciplinary Advisory Board” of Paris Lodron University Salzburg, Austria, and as Role model for "Women in Digital professions" by the former Bavarian Digital Minister (current Health Minister).
Nicole Formica-Schiller has been selected by Forbes for "most innovative ideas" in AI and Blockchain. Her top listed book “Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in Healthcare: How COVID-19 and future-oriented technologies are revolutionizing the status quo“ (Elsevier) is considered a digital wake-up call.
Before founding Pamanicor Health AG, Nicole Formica-Schiller pursued a successful career at the intersection of innovation ecosystems across Europe, US and Asia for leading firms such as Nord Stream (Liaison Officer for the CEO), Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s IT/IP, Shearman Sterling and Allianz. She graduated as an Attorney-at-law from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Germany, and with an additional business degree focused on marketing and economics.
