Guy Lalanne is a Senior Economist at the Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation Directorate of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). After his studies at ENSAE Paris and Paris School of Economics he worked at INSEE and held several positions in the French Treasury, notably as Secretary General of the macroprudential authority and Head of the Industrial Policy, R&D and Innovation Division, and in the French National Statistical Institute.
