Cathrine Barth

Cathrine Barth works as Head of Circular Economy in the strategy agency Natural State (since 2020). She is working part time as Assistant Professor at School of Economics and Business, Norwegian University of Life Sciences, teaching circular economy for master-students. Since finalizing Executive Master of Management degree in Green Growth in 2015, her industry background emerges from Innovation and Business Development and digital business model innovation. She has a thorough understanding of value creation within digital network economy and value networks.
Cathrine Barth is a domain expert on circular economy, business development, circular design and innovation strategies. Since 2019 she has been actively contributor to the International ISO Standardization process TC 323 - the horizontal standard for CE, appointed as international expert within circular economy. She was the initiator of the Circularity Gap Report for Norway (2020), among the initiators of the Poland Circularity Gap Report(2022). and among initiators of the Business NGO Nordic Circular Hotspot since 2020.
