Andreas Kugi is Professor of Complex Dynamic Systems at the Automation and Control Institute (ACIN) at TU Wien and headed the AIT Centers for Vision, Automation & Control 2017-2023. Kugi is a member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) and the German Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech). As Scientific Director of the AIT, Andreas Kugi shapes the scientific profile in the key research areas and is responsible for the successful positioning in research and technology development at a top international level.
