Arrival & check-in

Register with your ticket in the foyer of Hall E of the MQ Vienna (see map below).
You will receive your conference badge with your name on it there. Please carry it with you at all times during the two days of the conference!
For statistical purposes, the badges will be scanned on entry to individual sessions.

Information for your check-in

We strive to hold this event in accordance with the guidelines of the eco-label for Green Events. To this end, we take many visible and invisible measures, such as using predominantly organic and/or regionally produced or fair trade food and beverages. We would be delighted if you would also support these efforts.

How to get there:

If possible, please choose an environmentally friendly mode of transport or carpool. We have chosen our event times to allow for arrival and departure by public transport. Please see the information below.

Numerous bicycle racks are available throughout the Museum Quarter.
